05 How are you doing?i believe you are terific.I know you may be amaze to
06 read from me since you don't know me in person but for the purpose of
07 introduction i am Miss Rabbakah Moul,25 years old from Liberia in West
08 Africa.Presently i am residing in the refugee camp here in Dakar Senegal as
09 a result of the civil war that happen in my country.
10 I am 5'8"tall,my late father Mr Moul A.Williams was a successsful
11 businessman before the rebels attacked our house one early morning and
12 killed him alongside with my mother.It is only me that is alive now and i
13 managed to make my way to a near by country Senegal where i am living now
14 in a Refugee Camp and the weather here in Dakar Senegal is a bit hot .Its
15 just like one staying in the prison and i hope by God's grace i will come
16 out from here oneday.I need a matured man with a matured mind no matter the
17 age difference,i'm not bothered,i need some one who will advice me on what
18 to do and how to go about doing it, no relative now whom I can go to as all
19 my relatives ran away during that crisis; the only person who take care of
20 me is Pastor Isaac Okwi. Isaac Okwi . is the pastor of the church here in
21 the camp(Christian Fellowship) He has been very kind to me since i came
22 here but i am not living with him rather i live in the hostel as the camp
23 have two hostels; one for men
24 the other for women.
25 I shall beg the Pastor for his phone number so that you can call me, that
26 is if he agrees and tell him you want to speak with me he will send for me
27 in the hostel . As a refugee here i don't have any right or privilledge to
28 any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this
29 country.I want to go back to my studies.I was only in my second year when
30 the tragic incident that took the lives of my parents occured
31 I want you to know this,i have my late father's statement of account and
32 death certificate here with me which i will send to you later,because when
33 he was alive he deposited some amount of money in one of the Security Firm
34 in Africa which he used my name as the next of kin.
35 The amount in question is $13.8m ( Thirteen million eight hundred
36 Thousand Dollars).So i will like you to help me transfer this money to your
37 country for profitable investment abroad like my father had instructed me
38 to befor he finally kicked the bucket and from this money upon receiving it
39 you can send some money for me to get my travelling documents and air
40 ticket to come over to meet with you.I kept this secret to people in the
41 camp here the only person that knows about it is one Revrend and Sister
42 Rose she is like a mother to me so in the light of the above i will like
43 you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone for i am afraid of
44 loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it.Remember i am
45 giving you all this information due to the faith i have you, though we have
46 not met.I like honest and understanding ,truthful ,a man of vision and hard
