07   I am the director in charge of Auditing and Accounting section of Bank of
08   Africa(BOA) Ouagadougou Burkina-Faso west africa.I crave your indulgence as
09   i contact you in such a surprising manner. But I respectfully insist you
10   read this letter carefully as I am optimistic it will open doors for
11   unimaginable financial rewards for both of us.
12   In my department I discovered an abandoned sum of Seven Million Two Hundred
13   Thousand US dollars (US$7.2m) in account that belongs to one of our foreign
14   customers who died on 11th September 2001,in the evening of World Trade
15   Centre Terrorist Attack.Since we got information about his death, we have
16   been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his money because
17   bank cannot release it unless somebody applies as next of kin or relation
18   to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines, but unfortunately
19   there is no one that comes for the claim.
20   It is therefore upon this that I now decided to make this business proposal
21   to you so that the money could be released to you as the next of kin or
22   relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since
23   nobody is coming for it and i dont want this money to go into the bank
24   treasury as unclaimed Bill.The request for a foreigner as next of kin in
25   this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner
26   and a Burkinabe cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner. i agree that
27   40% of this money will be for you as a foreign partner in respect to the
28   provision of a foreign account, 60% would be for me.
29   There after I will visit your country for disbursement according to the
30   percentages indicated. Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this
31   fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as relation or
32   next of kin of the deceased indicating your bank name,your bank account
33   number, your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective
34   communication and location wherein the money will be remitted. Upon receipt
35   of your reply,I will send to you by fax or email the full details of the
36   transaction.I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction
37   is hitch free and that you should not entertain any atorm of fear as all
38   required arrangements have been made for the transfer.
